Radionet Spectro

Radionet Spectro supplies clinicians and radiologist with a utility to analyze and compare MRS exams for patients with suspected or already detected brain tumours. Radionet spectro contains a reference database with the following patholgies :

Radionet spectro caracteristics :

• Calculate normalized spectra from the MRS Free Induction Decay signals acquired on MRS/MRI magnets from the three main manufacturers.
• Compare new acquired cases with cases from a large base of validated reference data for which the pathology has been validated.
• Logging and editing of associated clinical information, images and notes for newly treated cases.
• Display associated clinical information, images and notes for all reference cases.
• Statistical processing that computes from a spectrum of made of several hundreds complex values a simple position in a two dimensional space : this allows to represent all spectra (reference and local) in the same 2D space and facilitate comparison
