Radionet PACS description :

The Radionet PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) system is a systeme 'without film' allowing radiology services to manipulate, save and send large medical image volumes and other subsidiary information.
Radionet PACS collects your radiology images from the acquisition and transfers them to the Scito server.
All authentified users have immediate acccess to the images from all computers connected to the Scito server by intranet or internet.
All image modalities (of numerical format) can be integrated in the Radionet PACS system : one single interface for all your site's images.
As Radionet is a client server system, the practitioners of other services than radiology (cancer research, surgery, neurology, etc...) have the exact same access to their patient's exams as the practitioners in the radiology service that do the actual acquisitions.
Each practitioner can even easily visualize his/her exams, perform simple morphometrics, compare multiple exams and ask for a colleague's opinion which is working at another site. Managing images is simplified, their interpretation faster and more reliable.

Visualiser le principe du système PACS
System PACS.

Whether your clinic is a small or a big clinic made up of multiple sites, the PACS system can be setup to meet all the workflow requirements specifically for each clinic.

Radionet's base version already contains all initial functionalities of a "classical" PACS system (secure shared network, database, exclusive user access to the exams, image visualization).
Furthermore, the Radionet PACS system makes it possible to manage large data flows automatically and realiable at all time :

- automatic data import from Scanners, Radio, Ultrasound, MRI. A sonorous and visual signal indicates that a new exam came into the Radionet system.
- Duplicate server system with automatic server change in case of problems, to assure the system's infallibility 7d/7, 24h/24, regarding material (disk crash, etc...) and human risks.
- "Advanced" database : searchable per patholgy, part of the body examined, exam type.
- long-term storage : automatic filing on magnetic tapes of exams which no longer need to be immediately accessible.

Of course all other Radionet modules can be used within the Radionet PACS system

Radionet PACS setting up :

Scito provides you with :

- The hardware : two servers each of them holding all the data. This will guarantee an optimal security for data storage, as well as a permanent accessible service which is transparent for the end-user (when one of the servers is reinitializing, the other one is immediately taken over all operations). These two servers have the same storage size.
Data backup storage is done on transportable tapes.
- Installation and maintenance : network setting up, construction and validation of your data, inspection after console updates or maintenance (about each three months), data restoration procedure. We also offer security and stabilization services for the intranet network.
